i was working on Maya when suddenly i accidently hid the thing

shows inside the space i work in

it contains View Shading Show Lights Render Panel

i dunno what it is called
how can i get it back

it is in a white Rectangle just below the shortcuts for Polygons and nurbs............

i want it back
