I will get straight to the point. I have 3 problems.

i attached the picture as well just in case you guys cant see it from that website.

2. what is this OUTPUT WINDOW that always pops up when i open Maya 2008.

3. This problem only everytime I close Maya 2008. It starts off with
Fatal Error. Attempting to save in.
