it is an animation ivdeo in which the main character has polygon hair. i cant understand how they actually made his hair move like that.

plus can you give me some tips on hair in polygon. my character is similar to this guy in terms of hair. is it possible i make one strand and then duplicate special it. then rig only the main hair and make others move with it. i am very confused, please help
