You already started on uv mapping I hate cabinets but my wife loves them hence we have two cabinets in our living room I usually try to slam out the UVs before I move on to another model, in case I reuse parts of it or whatever. Lol I kinda get why men don't really care for cabinets, it could be because you don't care about the pretty dishes, cutlery and photo frames and all that stuff that go in there.
