I'm not sure what you mean by graphic studio, but for visual effects in movies/commercials I reckon you have a better chance at getting a job in Europe than the US. Their immigration policy is pretty strict. I think it is mostly senior people who get jobs there.
I think there are a lot of opportunities in places like Canada and Singapore.
