I like it, it has very peaceful feel to it.

I agree with oxygenfish, the proportions seem off, but i'd just make the bear bigger instead.

I wouldn't necessary add anything to the scene you want to keep it simple not clustered. Play with the composition instead. This is very objective so play with it till it looks good to you.. I'd move the window to the left so it's not in the centre, move the sofa and bear a bit up and left and also closer to window so that we don't see the floor at all. You're almost there though, look up 'rule of thirds' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_thirds

If you want cartoonish look you can get it by making things imperfect/skewed (the sides of the window woudn't be parallel to each other, you'd want to avoid 90 angles etc.) and by exaggerating proportions (eg. by making the bear way bigger). You can either use deformers to 'mess up the window' or you can achieve similar effect by just rotating it a few degree so it's not parallel to the floor.


btw. the bear is too dark (at least on my monitors)
