Yes, if you want to get the best chatting experience.. i suggest you get MIRC from https://www.mirc.com. Theres a few things you have to specify like a username, and then you have to create a new irc server... which is the simplymaya one. Connect, then join the SM room. I cant explain step by step... but you should be able to figure it out .. if not let me know and i will guide ya through it.
