Its something I now do every day from 10 pm till 6.45 am

My days of being up half the night are over, plus I have decided to knock alcohol on the head as it just makes me too ill now - even if I have 3 or 4 im up half the night feeling rough. Im up in the mornings to get Jodie to school then Im off to work. At the moment doing from 7.30 till 3.30 on accounts for a company that I owe money to, then I go and lift plaster board around from 5 till 8 ish a few nights a week. Then I come home and tkae the dog out and talk with Jo and then its bed time user added image

Now and again I stay up a little later (like last night but call of duty was being played) But generally Im pooped by 11 pm.

I would suggest Ultra - do you school, try to eat somewhere in between so when you come home you just grab a light snack then of to bed no later the 11.30

that will give you the extra few hrs in bed.. Try to keep of the net as before you know - its like 2 am!
