The helmet has added to the geometry some but i think im still safely within the polycount limit at this stage...defined the eyes..neck an shoulderblades a little more, added the costume strap and played with the eyes a little. Originally i said 4000 for the character but ill try and keep it below that so when i add the weapon it should take it to near the 5k limit, deleted quite a bit of the unnecessary edges made while getting the general character shape.
