ok the genreal proportions look about right (e.g. you'e got two eyes in the rights place etc ) but you really need to think about the form a bit more. reference models should AlWAYS be used where possible, sketches photos whatever. It means that you have a definate goal to aim for. Even if you just use a basic head outline its better than nothing.

keep on trying though and I'm sure you can get something looking cool
