thx pal, yeah every things going ok when smoothed so its all good. i keep checking incase it all goes wrong once smoothed.

Nope ure right i missed where u was talkng bout ste, the holes in the disk, when smoothed go all ugly probs have to redo that part, and boolean a smoothed version.
