As Joopson and Matt said you need to Zoom in quire a bit.

In my opinion I think it looks a little streched in the height depaqrtment, but that could be the perspective and the distance.

I would also recommend rendering at a different view. Have a look at some truck sites and have a go at one of the angles on there, it will better show off your details that you have put onto the model.
