Hi i'm doing a Ik on the arm of my modell but i get a strang flip of the hand i will now tell what i do.
I do a IK handel with stickey off and do it from arm to foreArmRoll

Then i select ForArmRoll and press f

Then i select the effector i get from pressing f and move the pivot of the effector to Hand-joint.

Then for the IK that i didi i go in to atrbute and set stickines to Stickey
[And now the arm flips wierd do you know why?]
