Thanks Rostoons - chunky is the way to go!

Actually he is going to have two chunky legs - I am going to model him without his boots, gloves and vacuum first and then I am going to model another version of him wearing all of his kit - I was just trying to show him both with his boot and without in that shot.

I do like the idea of an uneven / lopsided character though...
