enter the division amount from the keyboard vice middle mouse button dragging. I don't know what or if there is an upper limit. Out of curiosity I set it for 100000 and it didn't report any errors, although it did take a little longer to compute. To be fair, I didn't count them, so Maya may have been faking it.
