ok looking at some of our renders here:

the "thunderbird2" text is too big. Should be smaller set slightly further back aong the body and all the same size but the "2" is about 1.5 times the size of the letters

the yellow is too yellow: it should be slightly orange and at the moment it feels pasted ontop of the green. I think you need to dirty it up and overlay it in the texture so that it looks like it's affected by the panneling.

The green looks much better, although it's very hard to tell when it's on black. Put it ontop of the plate you are planning to use and then you will be able to tell better.
