As for the camera troubles, you seem to be working very close to the model, so perhaps you should scale it up, and maybe the camera perspective won't make such a big impact? Look at the relative size of the ear in the perspective view up close and in the orthogonal view ;-) Good modelling, but the ears stick out against the rest, partially because they look a lot more refined and complete than the face itself. I would be interested in having those ears! always tricky and boring to make yourself, much easier to download some! Looking forward to seeing how much further it got.
