I think Silent hill kinda overdid it with all that demon junk,(I got to agree that it was creepy tho) But my favorite is silent hill 2, the creepy hospital and that weird psychopath with a triangle over his head was really amazing/horrible.

PS dont bother with silent hill 4 it was pretty miserable.
