just a quick question mike - after looking at the 3D Art to Part guidelines, it seems to say that intersecting geometry will come out as a one piece. so if I have my characters hand resting on his stomach, the geometry of the hand can still stay seperate from the geometry of the stomach - as long as they intersect it will come out as one piece, right? Hope that makes sense.
