I used a simple line pattern, the strings that I made were polys, didnt use nurbs, so I planar mapped them making sure that they met up.

THe material was the same as for the chrome but with the reflectivity turned down a bit.


Your right for the neck pick up it is in lene with the neck but I think that your neck might be too low as they have quite a ridge between the body and the fretboard (which is in fact the fretboard_ which it might be from the angle of your pics.

I did the curve in the body using a lattice on the low poly worked great with very little messing about.
