I think if their is a worse stereotype than English its Australian.
I have been asked if i own a Kangaroo, Live on a Farm, Speak like Steeve Irwin ect.
People don't seem to realise that Australia is actually a Developed country with things like Cities and cars and Large flat slabs of black stones that we call roads.
While it may be true that some people in australia fit the stereotype not everyone does.
