Thanks for the criticism,

I use Maxwell Render for this. It's an "unbiased" renderer., the big advantage is that you dont have to fiddle so much with render settings. There almost aren't any. You put up the lights and everthing pretty much is calculated based on real physics. So you can concentrate on the model and the materials. The materials settings differ quite much from "normal" renderers.
