you need to smooth some parts of the head some more. would help to see the low poly and smooth poly version with wire. it seams to be something inbetween: too detailed for a low poly version, and not round enough for high poly. if you smooth this as is you end up with a bit too many poly (than actually needed) - and if you keep it it is not round enough.

but then, it is a excellent start. i did not see episode 2 so i cannot tell you how good you followed the original. and welcome to SM.
