I'm confused about my book again I just can't move on until I understand everything. Heres the sentence:

Soft Modification Tool

The Soft Modification Tool lets you push and pull geometry as a sculptor would on a sculpture. The amount of deformation is greatest at the center of the push/pull, and gradually falls futher away from the center. The corresponding action is Deform -> Soft Modification

Deform -> Soft Modification?????

Is this a node or an action. I can't seem to find this anyway in the UI
