This is a huge thread

The car is looking pretty good, though there are a few wonky areas here and there, especially around the front bumper.
Also some areas don't line up with other areas. Where the panels meet up and such. Mostly on the roof.

The tire looks good. The tread is plain, but does the job the only thing now thats making it look like an ATV's wheel is 1: The thickness and depth of the tread. and also the width of the wheel.

Other than that your doing great!

Oh, and one more thing. If this car is going to be a prop in your city scene, You might be able to get away with not modeling an Interior, or at least a really simply one.
