i agree with gect , the edges dont look like there aligned in views that why its crumpled or could be tri or poly edges causeing it, any chance of some close up views? dont have to render it just a screeny with wire frames is cool we might be able to help more

also try using snap to grid for the middle seams that way when u mirror geomatry it wont split and peel down the middle of the car

other than that m8y it looks sweet loads better than mine lol
