doin better than I probably would if I got back into drawing. Keep it up, you'll get better the more you practice.
It's been a good 10 years since I've done any sketches or drawings, a while ago I picked up a sketch book and some drawing pencils and came across this site: https://www.learn-to-draw.com/ haven't done anything since I got the book and found the site but I bookmarked it for future reference. Maybe it will help. It's definitely geared towards beginners but hopefully it will be useful to you and anyone else that might want to get into drawing.

I thought of this because bullet1968 mentioned drawing upside down and that it works, and this site uses that method atleast on one exercise.
