Hey guys... Working on a rig for a character, I went back to follow my reverse foot tutorial I have on my site and came to find it was a bit vague and missing a few necessary things. So, I've updated it for those that would like to know.

I looked for my old post about it in the tutorials forum but I guess during the change it got wiped, and since you can't post in that forum I guess I' left to posting it here. Admins, go ahead and move it if it's in the wrong place.
