your picture didn't show up,
but i'm assuming you have an object that has a glow (that you enabled in the special effects part of the material) and you want to reflect that glow...

if that's the case then it's not going to show up in the reflection because the glow doesn't actually exist in the scene, it's a post production effect, and thus is not considered in the calculation of the render

i don't know how you can reflect glow sorry..
