blitzmaya: Thanks for the compliment. The texture for the handle is a leather texture. I modified the attributes for it and plugged it into the displacement channel of a blinn. Pretty easy stuff, but takes a bit to render at the resolutions I posted to show a little detail. The last pic I posted was from a 2066 x 906 render. I used "Image based lighting" for the light and a HDRI map. Thanks again for the comment. I hope to have this done soon.
