bleh just restarted maya and the grids are gone again, and the camera attributes are set back to Far Clip Plane 32.808

I never messed with this before wonder what cause it to break? :/

Update:

Ok I don't get this... Under Window>Settings/Prefferences>Preferences

Settings/Cameras my Clip planes are set at Near .100 and Far 1000.000
But these settings aren't reflected in maya unless I manually change them in the attribute editor.

This started as a newbie question, but I think its gettin technical... should/could I move this post to the right forum?


Another upate:

Fixed I hope... I reset all my far clip planes to 10000 and had the brilliant idea to save my preferences unlike before
So now maya opens with the correct clip planes hehe

If I had been more patient I'm sure someone would have helped, so thanks!
