It should be coming out very soon, they've been in the testing stage for a while (over a month I believe). I've heard of a bunch of people running emulation software for it, and they say it runs good (although not perfectly, because they can't use every feature). I don't know how the licensing works in that case, as I don't have to worry about it with my PPC.
