Default UV mapping a fish

hi guys i have this fish (hope image uploads) its symetrical on the other side! can anyone tell me the best way to uv map it?

and does anybody know how to use RoadKill1.1( inknow the basics but unwrapping something like this fish is tricky)

planar mapping, from side ways... with fins uv detached. dat's my way...

but do you how i do the side fins?? is that wat you meant by fins uv detached??
