Default 2D Fluid Animations (help saving so I can import into flash or dreamweaver etc etc) ?

I may have found what im looking for, will post when this video is done in about 10 mins if my question has not been answered.

i got it figured out, now i just need a freeware that will help turn this TGA file into a AVI file??
