OK, my idea is to model a scene with lots of hanging corpses, similar to a scene in event horizon, or one body in an operating room.

i like the operating table idea, maybe it could be an alien on the table or something and somehow you can give clues in your picture that its coming to life

My idea basically plays on the ID, or inner most desire.... that which you supress. So, it'll be twisted and have lots of strange slimy shapes going around.

My idea was similar to a giger concept but with more ties to this. I'll have the concept up soonish
