Unhappy trouble visualization

sorry for my bad english.
I am new to Maya.
just when move or rotate my object on perspective view, it appears much deformed.
there are a setting to improve visualization? or it's a problem to computer or

graphic video card?

I have:

This sounds like a video card driver issue. Trying a difrent version of the video driver. You might also want to do a serch for your graphix card on the forums and find if any one else has had problems with your type of video card.
