finding things in your scene?

Hi i have made a big scene in maya, but i have some things i cant find e.g. a camera. Is there a finction that i can use to find it?

It should be in your outliner. In the outliner, there's a menu titled [I]Show[/] that will allow you to show only Geometry or cameras or whatever. If you know the name of the object, you can also search for it in the text field on the far right of the status line.
