Default "No valid panels in the garment"

Help please,
I have a jacket paneled and ready for stitching but when it comes to stitching any of the seams together i get this error "No valid panels in the garment"

But the panels are there?!?! and they are all garmented ok, i can sticth a couple of panels together even though it still throws the error at me, and it still looks ok, but if i keep on stitching....... the whole garment disappears!? :headbang:

Any ideas anyone?

P.S. not sure if this is the right forum for cloth.........but i'm animating i thought this might be the one.

No probs, scrap thread i just had to keep seaming until a whole mesh could be created .....doh :attn:
