Angry Help Needed for Texturing

this is regarding the texture basis tutuorial......since im really new at this......can anyone explain to me how to get the uv coordinated of the door or any other object....can someone please tell me how to display the uv coordinates and then take the coordinates into photoshop......thnx

Hm, if I understand you correctly, do the following :
Select your object, go to Window -> UV Texture Editor.
In the UV Texture Editor window, go to Polygons -> UV Snapshot.

This will save your uv map to a texture.
