Default image_Plane_Problem

when i use image plane using this picture it shows properly on the side and front views however i cant fix it on the prespective veiw i dont know whats wrong.

I had this too but only in the perspective view.. with maya 7.. somebody told me too go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\maya\7.0\Maya.env

then add..

MAYA_NON_POWER_TWO_OFF = 1;

and then it never happens anymore well with me

Hi Vlad, cheers for that. Just a couple of questions if you don't mind.

1) My graphics card is an NVIDIA Quadro FX Go 700, could this be the reason why I cannot view the map?
2) I have already textured the model, so if I have to re-lay the UV's is there any way I could use my current textures still or would I have to start from scratch?
