Default tin man(again)

well, since i got 6.5 unlimited, i decided to redo the wizard of oz characters i made awhile ago, started the tin man:

Hey, Joop, why dont you just find some nice human head tutorials and start from there? It would be more helpful for you learning modeling skills than redoing this project.

i am changing it, so it is deifferent from last time, i want it to be cartoony though

It would probably be better if you modeled it in more of a human form, it can still look cartoony but at least u would be modelig it with edge loops and stuff.
