Default CAN ANYONE HELP? ROTATE TOOL GONE MISSING

I dont know why but my rotate tool has gone walk abouts!! lol

Anyone know how to get it back. I have it now and again but when i do have it, it takes up the screen and is no use whatsoever when i can access it....thats on a good day!

On a bad day, its nowhere to be seen!


im sure its staring me in the face but can anyone help!!

no 100% sure

wen u say it takes up the whole screen do u mean the arrows r really long ect cos if so use the '+' and '-' keys to change the size

also have u tried resetting that tool?
