Default The movie "March Of The Penguins"

Have anyone of you seen it? I am having an argument with a friend about it. He is claiming the whole movie is real shots, while I'm pretty sure at least the underwater scenes are made with CG. I did a search on the internet without finding any good information, so now I'm asking the experts. What do you think?

Oh, are you sure? How do you know?

I found this earlier today:

http://www.vh1.com/movies/movie/278047/trailers.jhtml

Watch the scene called: "Movie clip: Leopard Seal".

It looks fake to me, especially inside his mouth at the end.
