Unhappy Police Car Red and Blue Lighting! Headache for almost a month

Please help us on how to animate the Red and Blue signal lights in the police car,me and my groupmates are having headaches everytime we see the rendered animations wrong. We are very dissapointed about the Police Car lights. I hope that somebody will help us here... thanks!

Hope this is what ur lookin for. or these type of lights anyway. Only took 15 mins so dont be harsh.

Depends on how old they are and what they are looking for. the really old ones were white lights under coloured plastic. now they are coloured lights or LED's under clear plastic.
