Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

MechTut_WIP

Been working on the Mech Tut as I've been having some difficulty with the proxy mesh stuff in the Apache Tut.

Not sure if I should've gone so far with the geometry. I like the look but am not sure how much detail could/should be added later via bump/displacement mapping. Not really any experience there yet.

I also changed it up a bit, swapping the "sensor", from the tut with a gatling gun just for kicks. I'm also thinking about messing with the main guns a bit -- going for a shoulder/arm assembly, rather than just hanging them off the main chassis. I don't really know what I'm doing but I'm having a good time...
