Default cloth for dummies

Hi guys after watching final fantasy:advent children all i could do was salivate over the gorgeous clothing and textures and wondered how the managed to do it.
soi would highly anyone might help me with begginers guide to cloth

Cloth for dummies doesn't exist, the only way to learn that is to practice alot begin with relative simple things then advance to more difficult stuff
