help for face texturing

hi,
this is my first post here. i have been learning maya since 2 two months. this is my first project.
i'd like to know that how i can improve my texturing skill. so plz give me suggestions.

i would repaint the eye area, the eyelids should be modelled rather then painted.

You can use the paint tool to add nurbs eyelashes instead of a plane.

I would do the same for the eyebrows

For the hair you could use Paul Tosca`s tutorial

your lip area is off... the texture is smaller than the actual lips.

on a related note, it almost looks as if the eye area isn't quite hitting where it's supposed to, either. did you paint this texture, or are you just trying to stretch an image over the head model?
