This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Laptop as a second moniter

Is there anyway to connect one laptop to another to use the second one as a second moniter?

I've never tried it and I dont think you can to be honest as its graphics output to a monitor, kinda like saying can I link two PS's together via the graphics gards, might be proved wrong though.

I found a guide on how to do it on Microsoft.com of all places
its limated though, but possible

Yeah strangely Microsoft have a lot of good stuff, kinda gets over looked.

i did use the 'clone' rather than, 'dual view'..,

it works for projection

This may sound like a REALLY dumb questoin (but it might not, i dont know till i know the answer!)
but
is there anyway to connect a windows laptop to a mac to use the windows laptop as a second moniter? (or vice versa)
