Default [Maya HardWare] Render problem

Hi

why when i render in [Maya Hardware] I Can't see the background Image ?





But in [Mental Ray] I can see the background image





Also when I Work in Maya for some time and I render my work in [Maya HardWare]
I get this Weird Render ??

I don't think the Hardware renderer supports camera attached image planes and you may have used a material that isn't supported as well. Sometimes middle mouse scrolling while you have a drop down menu selected can be a pain as it changes things without you realizing it.
