Default Best UV Layout

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to find out what would be the best UV layout for a human anatomy.
Meaning how would you do the best cut for a human anatomy so that It wouldn’t get any seam or stretching?

although it's a german tutorial and it's only focussed on the head, this tutorial might help you a little bit.
